Professional Experience

Power to Decide – Remote
Director of Instructional Design & Enablement | 2025 – Present

  • Built and launched an AI-powered misinformation detection and provider support tool Social Signal, that processes thousands of videos weekly across TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram.

  •  Partnered with engineers, clinicians, and policy experts to design and deploy LLM-powered tools, translating user research into technical requirements and iterative releases. 

  • Designed human-in-the-loop workflows that improved gray-area classification accuracy by 19% (from 71% baseline to ~90%), cut provider content response times by 3x, and embedded dashboards to track adoption, accuracy, and provider satisfaction.

  • Designed and deployed internal GPTs trained on trusted SRH sources and aligned with Bedsider’s brand voice to ensure clinical accuracy, cultural responsiveness, and tone consistency. 

  • Reduced content review cycles from weeks to days, strengthened provider-facing resources, and established a reusable framework of ethical and technical guardrails for domain-specific GPT deployments in healthcare.

  • Pioneered AEO/GEO strategy for health communications, ensuring Bedsider’s clinical content is discoverable and trustworthy in an AI-driven search environment. 

  • Developed playbooks and piloted workflows aligning SRH messaging with how large language models surface information, positioning Bedsider as an early mover in adapting to the next wave of digital discovery.

  • Led Agile sprints with developers, policy experts, and clinical partners; managed feature prioritization using impact/effort frameworks.

  •  Established success metrics and continuous feedback loops to validate product-market fit, inform iterative feature releases, and strengthen provider adoption.

  • Created organizational AI governance frameworks and an AI use policy to ensure responsible, ethical deployment. 

  • Trained staff across departments on AI tools and best practices, and led adoption and change management initiatives that built confidence, reduced risk, and accelerated organization-wide innovation.
